Driving a culture of employee feedback at Heinz. Heinz’s annual employee surveys weren’t getting the engagement the business was looking for. Heinz UK & Ireland wanted this to change with a campaign that got employees right across the business talking.
Some beautiful photography, paired with some clever wordplay, and great use of a world renowned brand, made for a very memorable simple campaign. Not only did it get increase survey submissions by 40%, the campaign picked up an award on the way.
