Standard Bank Group’s Leadership Summit is an annual Human Capital Leadership Summit, where up to 900 members of the HC Leadership team gather for two days in Johannesburg to share the years plans, and also award those that have ‘shown the best version of themselves’.
To make a real noise about the summit and really stand out, a theme around ‘Big Showmanship’ was created as a hook, and a series of bold, quirky, illustrative, designs were created for the communications. An illustrative route was a bold approach for Standard Bank, but one that paid off handsomely.
